These are standard guidelines – some insurance plans may differ.

• CPAP mask: 1 every three months
• CPAP full face mask: 1 every three months
• CPAP headgear: 1 every six months
• Nasal pillows/seals: 2 every month
• Nasal cushions: 2 every month
• Interface cushions: 1 every month
• Six-foot tubing: 1 every month
• Chin strap: 1 every three months
• Nondisposable filter: 1 every three months
• Disposable filter: 2 every month
• Humidifier chamber: 1 every six months
